In addition to the fear of contracting the COVID-19 Virus, there are significant changes to our daily lives. We are Faced with new realities of working from home, temporary unemployment, home-schooling of children, and lack of physical contact with other family members, friends and colleagues, it is important that we look after our mental, as well as our physical, health. Tipi Moza has 17 detached and semi-detached homes scattered throughout the City of Kingston that are offered at rent geared-to-income rates.

We also have nine affordable apartments rented at 80% of the market rent. There are never more than three Tipi Moza homes on any one street, in fact in most cases there is only one.

This building has three apartments. The two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments have wheelchair ramps and automatic door openers. The four-bedroom apartment is a market rent unit.
